These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company VAN ORTON Co. Ltd. with a share capital of CHF 20,000.- whose registered office is located at 19 Georges-Favon Rd 1204 Geneva, registered with the Trade and Companies Register. Geneva under number CH-660.0.906.016-0 hereinafter referred to as "VAN ORTON Co. Article 5 : Retention of title

The company VAN ORTON Co. Ltd. retains the full ownership of the sold products until the perfect collection of the price, in principal, expenses and taxes included.


Article 6 : Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be on the territory of the United Kingdom. In case of request for delivery in another country, we offer adapted rates, thank you to send us an email for this type of request to contact@stop-seagulls.co.uk. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. The delivery service is followed. After shipping your order, you will receive a tracking link to track your package in real time on the email address you gave during your order. Delivery times are only indicative but are respected in 99% of cases. The 1% delay in delivery is usually due to weather problems (example: excessive snow) .The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman.
