These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company VAN ORTON Co. Ltd. with a share capital of CHF 20,000.- whose registered office is located at 19 Georges-Favon Rd 1204 Geneva, registered with the Trade and Companies Register. Geneva under number CH-660.0.906.016-0 hereinafter referred to as "VAN ORTON Co. The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and the waiver to avail of its own terms of purchase. Article 6 : Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be on the territory of the United Kingdom. In case of request for delivery in another country, we offer adapted rates, thank you to send us an email for this type of request to contact@stop-seagulls.co.uk. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. The delivery service is followed. After shipping your order, you will receive a tracking link to track your package in real time on the email address you gave during your order. Delivery times are only indicative but are respected in 99% of cases. The 1% delay in delivery is usually due to weather problems (example: excessive snow) .The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. In case of absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passage of his postman, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered at the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport before delivery are the responsibility of VAN ORTON SARL. In case of loss of your package or damage to it, a new package is shipped with new equipment. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within two days of delivery.

All the products supplied by the company VAN ORTON Co. Ltd. benefit from the legal guarantee provided by Articles 210 and 371 of the Code of Obligations. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned to the company VAN ORTON Co. Ltd. who will take it back and exchange it within 24 months.
